Recently converted into a one bedroom tiny quirky cottage which is perfect for a cosy romantic break, or a breath of fresh air in the beautiful forest with all it offers.
It has a small but well equipped kitchen ,small double bedroom with tv, Netflix and wi-fi., and a small living area.
Outside is a fully covered hot tub as well as a log burner and gas bbq
The accomadation
The original house within who's garden it sits was originally a small holding, The Smokehouse dates from around 1845 where it was used as a meat and vegetable smokehouse providing for the small holding.
We have restored the original building and added a small bedroom, bathroom and living area and created a private garden which contains all you need for a relaxing break including a fully covered hot tub, log burner and gas bbq.

Private garden with personal parking for 2 cars if necessary.

Central to all Midlands attractions including Alton Towers.,Lichfield Cathedral, National Trust sites.
Good train links to Birmingham, Manchester and London
Excellent base for walking, mountain biking or simply relaxing.
We also offer special occasion packages with balloons and banners bottles of bubbles etc..or bespoke options to your requirements.
The garden has a chiminea for which the owners provide kindling and logs which is perfect for relaxing in front of on cold winters nights.
